Recently restored large, bright and airy rooms with refinished original hard wood floors, one and half miles from Woodstock, sleeps 14.This house is ideal for family & friends get togethers.. There is an air hockey table, Play Station2,(bring along your games) bicycle, 6 beautiful bedrooms, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, fully equipped modern kitchen, and 2 full baths. No street lights and 3 porches to enjoy the stars by night, and the trees and mountains with their scent of freshness and deer running around by day. Cold clean mountain water comes out from the well. Swimming,& Boating 2miles. Excellent Smoke-free, Pet-free accommodations for the whole family. We welcome children. Closing off 1 door gives grown ups a break from children having fun (See guest book below). Skiers! We are half an hour from Hunter and Belayre mountains. After the fun of skiing, enjoy Woodstock's nightlife at the ' Colony Cafe'.

Kingston 8 miles away on the Hudson River is the 1st capital of New York. West Hurley(6 miles) has wonderful old houses and Saugerties 10 miles away has become a popular antique center.
This whole area is very scenic. It is in the middle of the 300,000 acre Catskill forest with streams running through mountains and past tall trees. In the Summer time it can best be described as "Paradise On Earth"

Walking distance to restaurants and Bearsville Theater 6 restaurants and the Colony Cafe night club in Woodstock. Located in the middle of the Catskill Forest with lots of mountains streams and tall trees. Excellent hiking trails. Spectacular fall foliage Mid October. "Paradise on Earth" in Summer. Skiing at Belayre Mountain half hour away.
