Golf, hiking and swimming all nearby in summer. Hunter Mountain is 20 minutes away and Windham Mt. just a bit further for winter sports. CANCELLATIONS: A $25 handling fee will be charged for any cancellation. Reservations which are canceled 14 days prior to your arrival will only be charged the $25 handling fee. Cancellations made later will be charged for 1 evening stay and refunded only if your room is re-rented for the entire reserved period minus the $25 handling fee.
