Come join us and partake of nature’s abundance. We are located in the Margaretville, Arkville, Roxbury, Belleayre area of Delaware County New York. Visit the many antique shops and the Catskill Artisian's Guild Retail Shop in Margaretville or attend an old time local auction every Saturday night to bid on that special find !

Nestled on the side of Pakatatan Mountain in the Catskill Mountains of New York State, our newly renovated guest cabin is centrally located in the popular Margaretville area noted for its beauty and abundance of accessible New York State and New York City Watershed land for recreational useage.

We are located only a few miles from the beautiful Pepacton Reservoir and NYS Watershed lands. This is a beautiful part of the Catskill Mountain region.

The guest house is situated on nine woodland acres bordering New York State Forest Preserve with its own private driveway. You can have a great hiking and nature experience right from the guest house property! The guest house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One features a queen bed and the other a full sized bed. Additionally there is a pull out sofa in the living room with a full sized bed where one can enjoy watching the fire in the wood burning fireplace insert as one drifts off to sleep.


A large eat in kitchen contains all the necessities for your cooking and dining pleasure. The guest house also has a large heated entry room which overlooks the deck and is a great place to sit and unwind at anytime of the day. The grounds feature an old logging road which connects you to miles of state trails across acres and acres of pristine forest. Winter and early spring feature mountain views, summer, a richness of green as the forest is in its glory and autumn, an array of colors and apples on the property's 5 apple trees.

There are seperate thermostats in each room and a high efficiency wood burning stove fireplace insert. Gas Outdoor Grill and dinner area. Lounge chairs Diverse assortment or books and movies kept at house Fishing and hiking equipment for guest useage

A great outdoors activity area as the guest house is located in the Catskill Park region of Delaware County New York. Also many antique shops in area and is a great scenic motorcycling/biking area.

Cash,check with ID or Paypal No Early Check-Ins. Check in: 4:00 pm EST Check Out: 12:00 pm EST. Cleaning: A $50.00 cash cleaning fee must be left for the housekeeper at the end of your stay. Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. If reservation is made less than 2 weeks prior to rental date, total rental charge and security deposit is due with contract. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $150 is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. It will be returned to you after the house is inspected. Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, please call or e-mail us a soon as possible. Up to 30 days prior to your arrival date, cancellations will be refunded in full minus a $25 administrative fee. If your cancellation is from 30 days to 14 days prior to your arrival date, half of your deposit will be refunded. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations less than 14 days prior to date of arrival.
