Constructed in 1896 and fully renovated the house is within walking distance of many hiking trails on state land near local swimming holes, lakes, and waterfalls. Golfing and fishing. Woodstock film festival. Hunter Mountain Foundation arts events. 
 
A 2 hour drivefrom the GW Bridge, the Hunter Mountain ski area is a short 15 minute drive away. Bellayre and Windham are not much further. 20 minutes from historic Woodstock or Saugerties. 
 
5 bedrooms, sleeps 10, fully equipped country eat-in kitchen, 2 full baths, 100-gallon Jacuzzi on 2nd floor with mountain view, large fieldstone fireplace in 30-ft. living room, dining room which easily seats 16, original paneling throughout the house. Stream and pond on 3.5 acres.
