Enjoy yourself in this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom farmhouse. The Red House boasts hardwood floors, bluestone countertops, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful stone bathroom with jacuzzi jet tub. Everything is brand new, right down to the furniture with Persian rugs throughout the house. 
 
The Red House has high speed internet access and cable tv. Pets are allowed with an additional $50 fee and vaccinations and flea/tick preventative treatments. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom, fans are in all other rooms in the house. Smoking is not permitted inside the Red House, but is permitted outside and on the porches. 
 
Relax on private 3 acres with trout stream in your own back yard. Mountain views to die for. You are 1 mile from the west branch of the Delaware River and 2 miles from the main stem. The river is gorgeous, ideal for fishing, swimming, tubing, everything!  
 
You are minutes away from horse stables, golf, state game lands and miles of groomed O&W snowmobiling trails. We are 15 minutes from Elk Mountain, a top notch ski resort. Hancock, NY is four miles down the road.

    • The Red House is on 3 private acres with a trout stream on the back of the property. You can sit on the back porch and look out at the mountain. World class fly fishing on the West Branch of the Delaware River is only 1 mile from the Red House and the main stem is 2 miles away. The river is gorgeous, ideal for fishing, swimming, tubing, everything! 
     
    The Red House is 30 minutes or less away from horse stables, golf, state game lands and miles of groomed O&W snowmobiling trails. We are 15 minutes from Elk Mountain, a top notch ski resort. In addition, there are some antique places around as well.

    The Red House Rates: $350/weekend .. $850/week (7 nights) monthly rate $2,000 stay 2 months $3,5000 $400/holiday weekend-3 night minimum Special rates apply for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Please check with us for availability. Cleaning fee is additional. $200 refundable deposit required to hold reservation and to serve as security deposit.
