Ideal spacious home in the Catskill Forest Preserve for small family groups/reunions; workshops; retreat groups and all season vacations. Less than l0 minutes from Belleayre Mountain we offer ski packages all winter and hiking, tubing, kayaking and swimming at the Belleayre Lake Beach in summer.

Some of the antiques in the house are part of the family home since 1903. The house was completely renovated in 1990 with 5 zones of baseboard heat...though the fireplace is still there for atmosphere. Gather in the livingroom around the piano or play poker in the diningroom while the youth are playing video games in the Great Room.

Only 2 and a half hours from the George Washington Bridge and Northern NJ we offer a Green and Great Escape
from the hectic pace in a peaceful natural setting on a stream with large lawn, gardens and 'The Crystal Spring' flowing beside the patio just outside the kitchen door. Come to a place where thyme grows wild!

Most groups gather in the large kitchen to prepare their own meals and save $$$. There is a Weber Charcoal Grill for summer barbeques. A list of caterers is also available on request and local restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of cuisines and prices. There is a 16ft diameter yurt (round tent) behind the house with skylight; carpeted floor; screened windows and a Double French Door for the ultimate in 'camping out' and great fun for the kids (Seasonal).

				Low Season Price:	$300 per Day
				High Season Price:	$600 per Day

Rate is based on a Minimum of Up to and including l0 adults. Children under 12 are Free. Most rentals are for a Fri-Sunday weekend and is $1,200 for l0 adults (additional adults $100) Additional DAYS are $300 each and a week is from Mon-Sun or Fri-THursday and is $2,400 for l0 and $200 additional for each adult. Mid-March thru end May and November thru Dec 15th are DISCOUNTED 20% ($1,000/weekend) for l0. Mid-week rates are $1,000 for a 3 night minimum for l0. Holiday Weekends usually a 3 night MINIMUM and New Years is Peak Pricing. We take Checks - A contract and advance deposit of 1/3rd the total is required. Also, a Security deposit is requested from First Time Renters. There is a l0% combined New York State sales and lodging tax on the total. Tax exempt groups need to provide a Tax Exempt Certificate for NY State. Most accurate pricing is obtained by e-mailing the number/ages of your group and dates.
