This 1,200 sq ft beautiful apartment, alongside a stream is ideal. Fully furnished, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Available for Weekends, Weekly, monthly or annual rentals. Andes is 20 minutes from Platerkill Ski Mountains - www.plattekill.com or 25 minutes from Belleayre Ski Mountain - www.belleayre.com

If you do not drive this is a prefect Holiday location for you also. The Trailways bus will drop you off doors away from the apartment and you can sample all the amenities Andes has to offer during your visit.It truly is an ideal location for a romantic getaway weekend or family gatherings. If you would like to spend the fall weekends looking at the foliage, enjoy crisp autumn walks and then relax with a cup of hot cider.


No smoking inside the house. There is no Land phone. There is a TV but not hooked up with the satellite. There is a DVD player, if you want to watch movies. Verizon mobile phone and most of other providers have good signal in the area. Catskills region has a poor signal due its mountainous landscaping.
