Enjoy 110’ of lakefront property with your very own private dock. The property consists of ample grounds with tall pines surrounding attractive landscaping for you to enjoy. 
 
Around the Area 
The house is situated in the perfect location, with winding country roads leading you to hidden spots of beauty and charm. A half an hour drive in the westerly direction will bring you to Saratoga Springs, famous for horse races, concerts, ballet and historic architecture. Another short drive in the other direction and you will arrive in Manchester Vermont known for its outlet shopping, fine dining and antique auctions. The house is 30 miles east of Lake George, an area filled with beautiful views and tourists attractions including The Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom. Also just a short trip is Cambridge, Glens Falls and the Adirondack wilderness. 
 
The house is fully furnished and equipped and sleeps six. It is available for weekend or weekly rentals. Payments through Pay Pal will also be accepted. 
 
Autumn 
 
With autumn comes the spectacular views and many activities that life in the country has to offer. With the abundant harvest you can enjoy apple picking, fall festivals, cider pressing and the glorious views of changing leaves. 
 
Winter 
 
When winter blankets the hills and mountains with white, you'll enjoy skating, snowmobiling (trails starting from the house), skiing (x-country or downhill), sledding/tubing, ice fishing or cutting down your Christmas tree from a local farm. 
 
Spring 
 
Watch spring blossom with the picturesque lake as your backdrop! Early spring means maple syrup. A sap house is minutes away for you to take home the real thing. 
 
Summer 
 
The lake comes alive with the excitement of the warm weather. Fish, swim, sit and relax on the dock, barbeque or boat around the lake and enjoy the scenery.

    • This location also has the availability to park your RV for a negotiated price. Parking for an RV is only available when the cottage is not being rented. Electric(110V) would be included and full access to the lake and property with NO access to the house. This will be based on availability and subject to change. 17' Canoe is offered for renters use along with a 5 person pedal boat.
