Cancellation policy: 30 days prior to start of rental period, all rental & applicable tax fees, as well as security or Damage Protection Policy fees paid will be returned to the Guest. In the event Guest requests cancellation more than 15 days prior to start of rental period, but less than 30 days prior to start of rental period, half of all rental and applicable tax fees, as well as any security or Damage Protection Policy fees paid to Owner shall be returned to the Guest. In the event Guest requests cancellation less than 15 days prior to start of rental period, Homeowner shall retain any rental fees and taxes paid by Guest to cover period of rental, but will return renter’s security or Damage Protection Policy paid.
