Property is located on 6 acres backed up to woods with firepit on 1 acre lot across from beautiful, clean lake for canoeing, fishing, swimming or just floating on raft and enjoying the beauty of nature. Small village of Speculator with Camp-of-the-Woods bible facility,market, laundro-mat, restaurants, are 3-8 miles away. Lake George, Saratoga, Old Forge are a reasonable 1 hr. drive. Located 3-4 hrs from New York City, weekend escape from busy city life. Mt.climbing with marked trails are easily accessible. Come see us for your R&R this summer.
