No direct lake access on the property itself but nearby boat & dock rentals available (3 min.drive from house). 
 
Lake George Village, Million Dollar Beach, Great Escape, water parks, outlets are only a 12-min. car ride away. Two original barns on premises, ranch house and cottage, 16 x 32 foot pool with diving board, large deck, two gazebos, fish pond, outdoor bar/deck area, large yard for games (2.4 acres). Gorgeous lake view (please note again that there is a beautiful view, but no direct access to the lake from this property). 
 
This property can accommodate from 1 to 30 guests (where up to 18 guests can sleep in beds and 12 additional guests can sleep on futons). Perfect spot for family reunions. We cannot accommodate after-prom parties on this property. 3 night minimum for ranch house. 
 
 
This is a beautiful area of the country - Known as the Queen of American Lakes, Lake George offers several unique towns for shopping and dining, such as Lake George Village and Bolton Landing. There are large cruising boats that tour this 32 mile lake and there are large water parks, including Great Escape amusement park less than 20 minutes away. Sailing, boating, fishing, parasailing, canoeing, swimming, tennis, shopping outlets all are available, along with the beautiful area of Saratoga (only 40 minute drive) for the August race track, ballet, concerts, art studios and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
