All our cottages have 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen with stove & refrigerator, dishes, cooking items and silverware and bathroom. They all also have a screened in porch where you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is unfavorable.
A full sunlit 200 foot sandy beach with a swimming raft and a roped area for the youngsterrs. There is docking for everything from canoes to power boats and the State Boat Launch is only minutes away.
Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, strolling along our grassy hillside, all dappled in sunlight. Need some shade? There is our romantic gazebo! Shuffleboard, a play area with swings, volleyball, badminton & hoeseshoes.
The natural atributes of this year-round Adirondackers lifestyle are limitless. Whispering Pines is located in the southeast corner of the Adirondack Park, with Olynmpic caliber cross-country and downhill skiing as well as snowmobliling all within driving distance. Or cross-country ski from your doorstep.
The area boasts many activities and attractions nearby as well as many fine resataurants. Saratoga Springs, Lake George, Glens Falls and Queensbury are all only 20 minutes away. Enjoy the excitement of the international crowds drawn to Saratoga for the annual August Thouroughbred meet. Lake George offers family style fun, the shopping mecca in Glens Falls & the six million acre Adrirondack Park all await you! Lake Placid Olympic Village and the High Peaks region is about 1 1/2 hrs. north.

Parking is right next to you cottage. Each unit has cable hook-up, some with tvs. We provide bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels. But we ask that you bring your own beach towels.The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, silverware, coffee pots and toasters. Some also have microwaves.

There is an "Elvis Festival" in early June. In July and August there is a weekly concert in the park with a mixed flavor of music.

				Low Season Price:	$615 per Week
				High Season Price:	$775 per Week

We require at least half the full rate as a deposit. Any cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks before your arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 service fee. Most major credit cards are accepted for deposits. Balances are payable in cash or travelers checks. Our rates start at $615.00 for a 1 bedroom unit and up to $775.00 for our large 2 bedroom unit. All rates are taxed at 4%.
