This brand new home is tucked away on a wooded lot where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature from the wraparound deck. Despite the peaceful setting it is centrally located for fun. It’s just a short walk to Forest Lake with a sandy beach for swimming, fishing and rowing. Hundreds of acres of Association land provide miles of trails for hiking and snowshoeing. Tubing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, the Rodeo, a pub and a restaurant are all within a mile. Just 5 miles north is Lake George Village with shopping, arcades, dining, water sports and historic sites. Great Outlet shopping is just 5 miles south. Saratoga, 25 miles south, is a historic and beautiful town with Thoroughbred Racing and SPAC concerts all summer. With so many activities available, a great time for the whole family is guaranteed.

It has two bedrooms with queen beds; a third bedroom has a set of bunks and a twin bed. A full size futon in the upstairs sitting area can also be used for sleeping. There are two full baths, one on each floor; and a roomy kitchen with new appliances. A huge great room has HD TV and a gas-burning stove for ambiance. Relax and enjoy your meals on the screened in porch then spend the evening around the campfire in the back yard.
