Summer Cottage Located on private, secluded property, safe place to park boat in garage bay with power for hook-up. 
South of City, RT 9 on Private Road- 5 Old Dock Road. 
1/4 mile from Peru NY State Boat Launch and Full service Marina called Snug Harbor Marina. Restaurant and grocery shopping within minutes of cottage. 4 miles from a beach at Ausable Point State Park. 1 mile to Bluff Point Golf and Country Club and driving range, public welcome.  
 
 
Efficiency -Studio Cottage: Maximum Occupancy 4 persons 
Quaint Adirondack Cottage, with screen porch. 
Queen size bed with pull-out Queen Couch, furnished kitchen, bathroom with shower, ceiling fan, cable TV, wireless internet service, phone, gas grill, and linens provided. Crib available. 
Very clean and well kept, non-smoking building. Pets are welcome, with a security deposit of $75.00. We have one very well behaved Golden Retriever (Molly), and two cats of our own. Our property has invisible fencing.  
 
Rent by the week, $650.00/week May through December. Rental by night $135.00 Long time stay, more than two weeks price reduction.

    Booth Cottage is terrific! We recently completed our second stay, and couldn't be happier with our choice. The cottage is nestled in the woods, completely private, but very conveniently located. The Booths are terrific hosts, and their gardens are just beautiful! The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and it is immaculately maintained. I enjoyed reading out on the screen porch, and my husband enjoyed napping in the comfy bed! It's a gem!

    I stayed in the Booth's cottage for five months while working on a contract at the hospital in Plattsburgh, NY. If you are looking for a home away from home this is the place for you. The Booths have created a very warm and cozy atmosphere in their cottage. The cottage is well kept and has everything you need (including a well equipped kitchen and access to a grill). The landscaping on their property is beautiful which creates a peaceful and serene environment. You could not ask for better hosts than what you'll find with the Booths. They made my stay in their cottage very pleasant. Your kids will also enjoy their stay. My six year old niece visited me during the monthof July and she can not wait to return. I definitely plan to return and stay on this property again.
