Vacation Rental Description
The Dancing Bear is located in the South East Region of the Adirondack. The house is located at the foot of 11th Mountain which has a peak of 2800 feet above sea level. Gore Mountain Ski area is 5 miles away.  
 
We are close to the Hudson River with good fly fishing, ice fishing, whitewater rafting, canoeing and kayaking (lessons available).  
 
We're also 25 minutes to Lake George, Great Escape, boat rides and miniature golf. 
 
Amenities at the Dancing Bear include, but not limited to:

* 5 bedrooms on three levels. 
* 3 bathrooms, 1 on each level. 
* Sleeps 15 people in 11 beds. 
* Large state of the art, fully furnished kitchen.

Loon Lake is a great place to swim. Schroon Lake is a large lake which is very active and has Lake Cruise. Raquette Lake has a great beach and you can rent boats (call ahead in the summer). Saratoga is about 45 minutes away.
