Vacation Rental Description

A 4 minute walk to the lodge ski Titus Mt. in the winter! We rent this house out twice during the ski season with a 4 night minimum required. During other months we rent with a 3 night minimum throughout spring, fall & winter seasons- We also do long term corporate renting-Located 4.5 miles from Malone's 36 hole Champion golf course. Minutes away from fabulous mountain/hiking trails. Close to Mountain View 4 H camp. From Memorial day- Labor Day you can enjoy cool mountain breezes while in the large swimming pool. Located right on a large river the bedrooms overlook this fantastic scenery. Only 7 miles to town- Newly remodeled. Pet friendly- Reservations are required in advance with damage deposit & state taxes.

Minimun damage deposit required $500- Pets may be accepted with vet records & recommendation & extra fees. NY State tax 8%- Linens & Towels provided for $25 linen fee. NO cleaning fee but house must be left clean as you found it with all dirty linens in the laundry hamper. Half of rental monies are required to reserve your stay- Non-refundable. Prices are dependant on season & number of guests. This home is located in the ADK. Mts. persons with allergies during fall/summer & spring should be aware the house is in the country. Persons with small children should be warned- POOL is deep with NO lifeguard. House sits on river- river is swift and downhill- NO fencing. House also has an open loft to lower level.
