New home in Las Cruces, New Mexico, completely furnished and landscaped with a two-car garage. The home is approximately two miles north of Highway 70 and about two and a quarter miles from I-25. Great access to White Sands Missile Range, NASA, Holloman AFB-Alamogordo, and Fort Bliss, El Paso. Shopping, theaters, dining and hospitals are located nearby also. New Mexico State University is easily accessed from I-25 within 10 minutes of the home. If sports are your reason for a visit,(soccer, baseball, or softball,football) the Field of Dreams, High Noon Soccer Complex, Paz Park, Maag Park, and Apodaca Park are within a short distance. Basketball fans are also close to the Pan Am Center at NMSU or the Meersheidt Recreation Center.  
 
Area Golf Courses are also nearby. Choose from New Mexico State University Golf Course, Sonoma Ranch Golf Club, Las Cruces Country Club and the White Sands Golf Course. Picacho Hills Country Clubs also offers reciprocol play. Ruidoso and Cloudcroft are close enough to explore on a day trip and offer golf at Links at Sierra Blanca and the Lodge at Cloudcroft.
