Rent to families only. Will not rent to any adult under the age of 25. This is a very nice house and work hard to keep it nice and enjoyable to all who pick this for their vacation home.
House is very clean and upon your arrival you will be very happy. No pets and no smoking.
A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged if do not wish to leave the house in the condition it was upon your arrival.

Beach chairs and linens and towels available for a rental fee. Not part of the rental.

Cape May only 10 min drive.

    • Famous Wildwood boardwalk is 1.5 blocks along with the beautiful Wildwood beach. Walking distance to amusements, water parks, convention center, playgrounds, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, etc. Park the car and never use it all week. Deck off dining room and deck off two 2nd floor bedrooms. Main bedroom with king size bed, full bath, cable tv w/ dvd, and deck 2nd bedroom queen size bed, cable tv with vhs and deck 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunk beds 2nd floor also has full bath and laundry room central air plenty of windows fully stocked kitchen iron and iron board high chair and pack n play dial up internet service local phone service full size sofa bed 1st floor has powder room back yard parking for two cars storage in the garage out side shower

No weekend rentals during summer season. $500.00 security deposit with every rental. Will be returned within 30 days after check out. House must be in same condition it was when entered it. Nothing broken and clean.
