Everything is brand new in this 1600 sf 2nd floor condo. Ideal rental if you have difficulty climbing stairs or use a wheelchair, as there is an elevator which opens directly into the unit. Hardwood throughout entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas; carpeted hallway & bedrooms; ceramic tile floors in baths. Full size washer/dryer in hallway laundry closet. Fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets, granite countertops, and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, & side-by-side refrigerator. Island with 4 bar stools; game table w/2 chairs; dining table w/6 chairs. Master BR has King bed, one BR has (2) twin beds, and the other two BR's have Queen beds. There are two twin air mattresses for extra guests. Huge but private 400 sf front porch plus rear covered deck. One block from downtown, 2 blocks to grocery store, and 4 blocks to beach & boardwalk. One on-site parking space provided, 15 minute loading/unloading zone in front, & two off-site parking spaces one block away. 
 
This condo was part of an extensive total renovation in 2008. Everything is brand new! We are in the process of furnishing and accessorizing the unit. New pictures will be posted when we have completed the process. There will be a 42' plasma TV in the living room. Four adult beach tags will be provided (children under 12 do not need to purchase beach tags in Ocean City.) 
 
If you are planning a large family reunion or vacation and would like to stay all together, we can coordinate the rental of one or both of the other two units in the same building (subject to availability), providing sleeping for approximately 27 people within the three units. These units are identical in layout to the 2nd floor unit, but do not have a front porch. Call for more information. 
 
Rentals are from Saturday at 2 PM to Saturday at 10 AM. No early check-in's or late check-outs can be accommodated.  
 
No pets, please. 
 
Smoking is permitted on the front porch and rear deck only. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere in the building.

$500 Reservation Deposit due upon booking. Converts to Damage/Security deposit upon check-in. 50% of rental fee is due 120 days before check-in. Balance of rental fee (50%) is due 60 days before check-in. Bookings made within 120 days of check-in require payment of the $500 security deposit plus 50% of the rental fee, with the balance of the rental fee (50%) due 60 days before check-in. Bookings made within 60 days of check-in require payment of the $500 reservation/security deposit and full payment of the rental fee. Payments by check or thru Paypal. Contact owner for full details. Weekly rentals only. Security deposit returned to tenant within 30 days of vacating if all conditions of lease have been met and there is no damage to unit.
