This immaculate unit has two private, fully-furnished decks and a patio on the ground level. The rear deck off the kitchen overlooks the pool, Jacuzzi and beautiful gardens. Large Private Pool, Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool for use by residents/tenants only includes access to the pool house with bathroom and shower so you can clean up from a day at the beach.
This luxury living space will make for a comfortable, pleasant stay. Entertain family and friends by cooking delicious meals in our full kitchen that opens into the dining area.
Complete with stainless steel appliances and wrap-around counter with three-stool seating. Kitchen opens to the dining room and inviting living room with LCD flat screen TV and DVD player.
In the unlikely event there is some reainy weather we have even included a Wii and Playstation 3 to keep the kids (adults can play too) occupied!! There is a laundry room and half bath off of the kitchen.
The master bedroom will make you feel like you are living in decadence with a king-size bed, master bath, flat screen TV and DVD player.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV.
The third bedroom is decorated for your children's delight with one full-size bed and two twins. A flat screen TV is included so your kids can enjoy their favorite show.
The fourth bedroom is privately located on the first floor with full bath, perfect for use as an in-law suite! One queen sized pullout couch with a flat screen TV.
Don't forget your laptop, Unit has Wireless Internet capability.
No Parking worries since unit has a 2 car garage.
We are now accepting reservations for the 2010 season! Better hurry this unit will rent quickly.
Reservations will not be confirmed until deposit monies are received.
Prior to December 31, 2009 a $1000 deposit is required to reserve the unit.
After December 31, 2009 50% of the rental rate is required.
The remaining balance including the $500 security deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
