This lovely condo boasts a full kitchen, is fully carpeted, and newly painted in your favorite pastels. All rooms are spacious, nicely appointed, and the condo is home to a well-equipped kitchen to make your 'shore' stay a most enjoyable experience. The condo is located a very short block from the ocean and the world-famous Seaside Heights boardwalk. Included in the cost of the condo are 4 adult beach badges, linens, and access to a washer and dryer. There is a small balcony situated in front of the unit and allows people to enjoy the outdoors. 
A newly renovated water park 'Breakwater Beach' is only a few short blocks away from our lovely condo. This facility boasts the largest interactive water park play area on the entire North Atlantic Coast. Soar down a speed slide or enjoy cooling off in a refreshing pool or whisk away the cares of the day in the wonder of a whirlpool. 
At Fun Town and Casino Piers, it is possible to choose from a multitude of FUN filled boardwalk activities including arcade games, thrill rides, and miniature golf. The 'little ones will feel free to explore their imaginations in the 'kiddie lands. Whether they ride the spectacular merry-go-round, fly their own helicopter, or play captain while cruising on their very own watercraft. They will have the time of their lives.

We are certain that you will enjoy the bric a brac that adds to your 'shore experience.' The pastel colors that we have chosen are soothing and will enable you to relax and feel well-rested prior to your return home. Once you arrive, you will be able to park your car and not get in it again until it's time to depart. Everyone who rents loves our location!!! And remember real estate is always about location!location! location! Please note that we include linens and that you will have access to a washr and dryer which is located on the lower level.
