$500 deposit required to reserve property. Balance plus $500 refundable security deposit due 30 days prior to check-in. Cash, checks, and money orders are accepted for rentals. $100 additional rent and $100 additional refundable security deposit for dogs. Cancellations will receive refund of rental less $125 admin fee only if rental is re-rented for that specific week.
