major attractions in Seaside Heights(WaterPark,Bamboo, Karma).Is also close(2.5 miles ) from Island Beach State Park.We provide a free parking spot in front of the house.

Security deposit($375-$675) is required to make a reservation.The rent is due 2 months before the check in. There is a $250 cancellation fee for cancellations received at least 2 months in advance. The sec.deposit is not refundable if the cancellation is received less than 2 months in advance. Sec.deposit is fully refundable and will be receive by the client within 30 days after the check out if the house is left in the same condition it was found and there were not tickets issued by the police and code enforcement. We accept US personal checks and money order. We also accept wire transfers
