$500 refundable security deposit (Personal check,Cash, Bank Check or M.O.)will be returned within 2 weeks of checkout, if there are no claims. $5oo deposit required to reserve dates. Reservation deposit is refundable(less $50 for re-rental fees), if there is a cancellation but ONLY if the house is re-rented for that time period. Balance & Security deposit due 15 days prior to check-in.
