Imagine you & your family staying at the shore this summer & waking up and being at the beach in 5 minutes! 
 
This private house is New, Pretty & VERY CLEAN. The Eat-in Kitchen is fully equipped plus microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, mixer, dinnerware, cutlery, pots & pans. The Living Room has cable TV (over 200 channels), DVD, Playstation, wireless internet, large sectional sofa. 2 Full Bathrooms, 1 with a large shower, the other a tub & shower, hair dryer included. All bedrooms have CLEAN pillows, mattress pads, matching Matelese comforters, large mirrors & chest of drawers. All you need to bring are sheets & towels (bath & beach). There is a covered front porch & private patio area with cushioned chairs, table & grill. Central air. 2 beach passes. 2 parking spaces on site.  
 
In the IDEAL location ONLY 1 Block to Beach, Beach Entrance & Boardwalk. Our house is special since our beach entrance also has a food court so you can grab a drink, snack or meal & eat on tables provided or bring it unto the beach with you. We also have a CLEAN bath house with lots of bathrooms, ice cream, gift shop & outdoor rinse showers & more. 
 
10 min walk to main Jenkinson's Pavillon with amusement park, rides, games, arcades, slots, aquarium, mini golf (4 courses), rock climb, batting cages, fun house & lots more. In summer, FREE weekly (1)Children's Shows (3x a wk) (2)Fireworks (3)Music Festivals (from Oldies to Opera) (4)Talent Shows (all ages) (5) Movies on the beach. Also, almost every week another kid's theme day (ie. Pirate day, Xmas in July, Hot Halloween party)- and ALL these activities are FREE every WEEK.
