2010 SEASON WEEKS SCHEDULE AVAILABLE

Our new addition includes an Elevator, New Kitchens with Granite counter tops, New Appliances, additional bedroom and bath, stackable washer and dryer on each floor, Central Air & Heating. The entire house has been updated with ceramic tile floors and carpeting in bedrooms.

This area has a family-oriented PRIVATE BEACH. Located on Long Beach Island in a section called NORTH BEACH, one of the islands affluent sections where privacy and seclusion is the biggest draw. The small number of beach access paths makes it more peaceful than the other parts of the island.

Views of the ocean are spectacular with fabulous sunrises - the back deck offers great sunset views overlooking Barnegat Bay. We have a shared deck on the dunes with a bottomless sandbox for the kids to enjoy.

The breathtaking beach is only steps away to enjoy the sun and surf with a life guard on duty directly in front of the house. The outside decks are furnished for your outdoor relaxing.

There are 4 Bedrooms on each floor: Kingsize bed in master suite(has full bath), Queen size bed in 2nd master bedroom (has 1/2 bath), Two additional bedrooms with two twin beds in each, and a total of 2 1/2 baths on each floor.

    • King Bed: In Master suite with a full bath. Queen Bed: In 2nd Master bedroom with a 1/2 bath. Twin/Single Bed: 2 bedrooms with two twin size beds. Now with the addition of an elevator on ground floor - each floor is handicap accessible - Please call for more information regarding handicap accessibility. The first floor provides handicap accessibility to the dune deck. Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: BBQ platform with a grill for each floor. Deck/Patio: Each Floor has an oceanfront deck and a bayside view deck. Both floors have use of the dune deck which is perched above the private beach.
