Location: Sand Dune Lane, A.K.A. East 90th street, Long Beach Island (LBI) New Jersey.

LBI is less than 1 hour from the exciting casinos of Atlantic City.

Long Beach Island is a unique family oriented vacation paradise. L.B.I. offers plenty of day and night activities for children, teens, and adults. Your vacation can be as action packed or as quiet and leisurely as you wish. Your vacation home is located on a quiet dead end street only steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Large families or friends that like to vacation together can book the same week in both units, and spend that much talked about reunion at the beach, together in one house, but still enjoy their privacy.
Both units #1 (First Floor) and unit #2 (Second floor) feature ample off street parking, and a shared rear yard ground level deck.

We take pride in offering you a clean and comfortable vacation home. Prom groups, students, and party animals, need not inquire!

    • Unit Two: Is a 2nd floor, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit which sleeps six. Unit #2 features a large ocean view deck with a roll away/retractable awning to enjoy the shade and cool ocean breeze after a long day at the beach. Watch the sunrise over the ocean, and sunset over the bay. Table & chairs with seating for 6 is provided on the outside deck. A gas Barbecue grill is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes: full size gas range, full size micro wave oven, refrigerator & dishwasher. Stackable washer and dryer are provided. Your vacation home comes equiped with Central Air Conditioning and gas heat. Wireless Internet sevice is provided. Enjoy ocean views from your kitchen, living room, and bedroom #1. The living room features a color TV with VCR and DVD combo. Bedroom #1 & #2 feature a 13" color TV/DVD combo. Bedroom #3 comes with a 13" color TV. An outside shower is provided (shared with unit #1) to wash the sand off after a long day at the beach.

    $1050 - $2800/week. A 50% deposit is due at booking. A Rental Contract will be provided. Please read, sign, & return the contract with your deposit. This will secure your reservation. If the 50% Reservation Deposit is not received by the due date, we will be forced to cancel your reservation. Reservation deposit can be made by personal check. Final Payment is to be made 30 days prior to your arrival date. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, please pay by certified funds. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
