Pre-season rates are now effect!!!! As little as $99.00 per night Come and enjoy!!!! We are located in Beach Haven, on Long Beach Island, New Jersey, 140' from the beach, and within walking distance to many LBI attractions, dining, shopping, Fantasy Island amusement park with water park and mini golf is 7 blocks away. Each of the 10 condos is the same size, but each is decorated in a different theme--"South Pacific", Margaritaville, Country French, Navigating the ocean, Paradis Found, and more. There is a FREE utility room with 3 washers and 3 dryers available for your convenience. 2 beach badges are provided and there is one off street parking space per unit All linens are provided , tooWe are your perfect summer getaway to the NJ Shore! Daily and Weekly Rates are Available. 3 night minimum stay. Since all units are condos, no taxes are applicable -- a savings of 15% -- motels are required to add a 7% sales tax and an 8% accommodation tax. Payment is in the form of Visa or Mastercard. We require a 50% deposit The balance is charged to your credit card the weekday before you check-in. Since we are condos and NOT a motel, there is no tax--a savings of 15% in Beach Haven (7% sales tax and 8% accommodation tax) We have a 2 or 3 night minimum stay. Please view chart for minimum nights required If there is availability, we will rent for shorter term, but there is an additional $25 per night. Pre and post season weekly rates----$500 in April and October (after Chowderfest). $600 in May (1st to the 24th) If you need to cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit if the reservation is re-rented less a $75 cancellation fee. Dear Pat,

Thank you so much for having us this weekend (April 17th, 2010). The room was so lovely and I am happy to know of a great place for next time. I will certainly recommend the Beach Club to everyone I know. Than you again for the exceptional serice and wonderful room.

When you stay at The Beach Club, you will begin making wonderful memories---My son, Tom, and I purchased this 10 unit motel in 2004 and we totally renovated it in 2008(it took 9 months) new everything--kitchens, bathrooms, windows, roof and we added a laundry room with 3 FREE washers and dryers. We supply all linens, beach badges and one off street parking space. since we are now condos and not a motel, there is no tax--a saving of 15%.
