This new home is the place to be for a grand gathering. The house is layed out to be able to entertain!
Vacation Rental Description
Drop your bags and grab a chair, towel and lotion and hit the beach! This house is steps away from the white sands of relaxation. You will be 3rd from the beach so lunch breaks and a pit stop are no problem for you and the little ones. When the kids need a nap, hit the forth floor deck with a magazine and watch the beach with ease if the rest of the crew is still on the beach. The Ocean side of house has Ocean Views from all floors.The new Hickory kitchen invites you to cook up a grand meal, while still being in the thick of it with the open floor plan of the kitchen/dining/living room area. It is has been a long day at the beach, order take out from the several surrounding eateries, and entertain with style, and ease while hanging out with the gang. The movable island can be used for extra meal preparation in the center of the kitchen, and with 6 stools for a small group to eat at, or moved to the bench sitting area used along with the stools to seat 16. If you have a party, move the island to the step wall for a buffet and the bench seating allows for TV(42inch) watching for the big game. The island is also equipped to hold your bottled wines, mixers, and hanging glasses for a great cocktail party. The living room has a stone fireplace and the home and has radiant heat throughout. In the living room there is a wrap around couch that has a (Queen) pull out and a pop up table to eat at if you’re not into sitting with a party of 16 and need a break from the “cafeteria” island mayhem. There is a TV up on the wall and a DVD player in the built in entertainment center, with room for your game system. The large windows in the front and side of the house allow you to keep in touch on who is coming and going and what the waves are looking like for the day ahead while grabbing a bite.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and a bunk bed set. The bathroom has handicapped rails on the walls for our elders to get around with ease and security, the stand up shower has a seat and handrails in it also for a safer entry. The toilet is a high boy for the adult comfort. The antique sink will make them chuckle, like it did my Dad, bringing back the past décor of yester years. The pantry allows a quick unload and go after food shopping, and has a stocked cleaning closet of tools when you need a fast pick up before guests arrive, or departure. There is a mudroom with the washer and dry and utility sink.
Take a flight of steps up the back and you are at the “spot”, The Grand Ole Rooftop Deck! Take your afternoon cocktails to see the Island and the Panoramic views to the surrounding towns. From here you can watch the bridge for traffic, see Atlantic City, watch fireworks on the fourth from all the areas displaying their colors, on a clear day see the Lighthouse. If you are waiting for the baby to get up from the nap, take a break up here to sun and read, and still see the gang at the beach. This is a great place to escape the noise and enjoy the scenery.
There is a nice garden attracting the birds and butterflies for those who miss their wildlife, and 4 parking spots for your group. The back yard has a grill, picnic tables, outdoor shower with bench, and sand toys.
The Second and Third floor will be locked out, and the front yard will have 2 spots reserved for Management.
Facilities
THINGS TO DO We have 5 great eateries in walking distant. Kubel's Restraunt/Bar/Liqour Store, it has great Happy Hour 1/2 price drinks and appetizer specials daily at 4pm – 7pm, great food. Joey's Pizza great family place, Bisque nice quiet meal for adults, Pinzamino’s is a nice place for Italian food BYOB , Bisque is one fancy BYOB place, and one Country Market type for take out all in a 7 block walk.At the end of our street there are surf shops. Brighton Beach Surf shop rents surf/chairs/beach etc. and offers daily lessons to teach you to surf, and many things to buy, the other Acme Surf and Skate rents bikes, and items to buy. There is an Acme market 10 blocks, and the country market 7 blocks away. A post office is 10 block away, Tee shirt shop, Pottery Shop, and Wizard of Odds Antiques. At the Acme there is a 4 plex stadium seating movie theater.
Activities
This family oriented Island has so much to offer with its location being so close to the NJ State Parkway. You are minutes from Atlantic City(40), Philadelphia(90), New York (2 hours). On the Island there is a great Water/Amusement/Arcade Park with Bay Village Shops next to it, so drop off the kids, and grab your credit card to get some quality gifts to take back home. In the heart of Beach Haven you can be on foot for hours covering some great stores and eateries. There are many price ranges of eateries to fit your taste and budgets. The Island is 18 miles long, so rent a bike and take a day to explore the many sites to see at a slower pace if you like. The Bay is chock full of action if you are interested in: boat rentals, sailing, windsurf, parasailing, jet skiis, water skiing, tubing, kayacking, crabbing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, canoeing, or just taking the kids to the bay for a shallow safe bathlike conditions.

We are located in Beach Haven Crest,conveniently located near many restaurants, ice cream shops, liqour store, gas station, bait shop, pizza, movie theater (summer only), Acme, bike rentals, surf shop/lessons, Deli, Fishery, and we are a gaurded beach for swimeers and surfers. We are very interested in bringing more types of travelers here to the Island for Retreats, and whatever your needs may be.
I find the Island to be great for people suffering from lack of sun, I felt the sun deprivation before I moved here, and now I have no issues. I think because yu acually see the sunrise, and the sunset you are in constact contact with it here on the Island. The house is extremly bright and sunny daily inside with all the huge windows everywhere.
I think it is a Artists, Photographers, Painters, Sketchers, dream of inspiration right outside the door/windows/deck between the skylines, ocean, and bay scenery.
The solitude off season is very desirable to many who are truely looking to get away from it all. There many be only one person who lives on each block if lucky, and the traffic light are turned off, the locals restaurants are quite friendly to a knew faces, wanting to also expand their customer base during the off season.
I can help plan many different activities if needed during your stay, private, yoga, pilates, surfing lessons, fishing trips, reservations to restaurants, babysitting (I have 2 teen daughters 13, 15), weddings, receptions, childrens activies, artists connections to activities. And please request anything else that you are interested in, I am sure I find out about it and assist you in it.

DUE AT BOOKING - $500.00 Security deposit plus 1/2 of total rental fee to reserve week. 2. DUE AT CHECK IN- Remaining balance of due rent. **A $200 cleaning fee will be held at check in time and will be returned at check out time if house is in clean and rentable condition,otherwise it will be used for cleaning services.Securitiy fees will be returned within 7 days after house is checked for damages, loss. On expiration of this lease, the tenant will leave the premises clean and ready for occupancy, otherwise a $300 cleaning fee will be imposed. The lease premise shall not be occupied by more than 20 people. All occupants names, addresses, and phone numbers to be supplied upon request. No refund from cancellation until premises re-rented at same price. All refunds subject to 25% cancellation fee.
