Vacation Rental Description

The first floor has an open floor plan with the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen area with cozy fireplace setting in Fall and Winter, Ocean Views from Living Room, Queen Sleeper sofa, and 42 inch TV/DVD. There is plenty of room to hold a large get together on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 Queens, and 1 set of bunk beds. The front bedrooms have ocean views from their bay windows. The bathroom has handicapped accessible, bars in room and stand up shower stall with bar and built in chair with high toilets throughout house. There is a mudroom in the back with utility sink, and stanking washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking gear. The fridge is a 36 inch and has an auto icemaker and water machine.

There is a Fourth Floor Roof Deck with Hot Tub and Panoramic Ocean and Bay Views including sights of AC, Bridge, and miles of the Island itself, the night skyline is Captivating with lights, and Fourth Of July Weekend there is no need to go anywhere but upstairs with the family. It is a wonderful spot to escape to when the house is full of activity, and you need to get some air!The front yard has a nice garden that attracts many birds and butterflies for your wildlife fix while you are away from your feeders if any. The lot parks 6 cars for your needs. The back yard has 2 Large Dining Tables, Clothesline, Gas Grill and Outdoor Shower with bench.

The back of the Second and Third floor is the managers quarters which is locked Out with Private Back Step Entrance. Far right 2 parking spaces are reserved for Management Use.

THINGS TO DO

We have 5 great eateries in walking distant. Kubel's
Restraunt/Bar/Liqour Store, it has great Happy Hour 1/2 price drinks
and appetizer specials daily at 4pm, great food. Joey's Pizza great
family place, Bisque nice quiet meal for adults, and 2 deli's, one fancy eat at, and
one Country Market type for take out all in a 7 block walk.

At the end of our street there are surf shops. Brighton Beach Surf
shop rents surf/chairs/beach etc. and offers daily lessons to teach
you
to surf, and many things to buy,the other Acme Surf and Skate rents
bikes, and items to buy.

There is an Acme market 10 blocks, and the country market 7 blocks
away. A post office is 10 block away, Tee shirt shop, Pottery Shop,
and Wizard of Odds Antiques. At the Acme there is a 4 plex stadium
seating movie theater.

The Bay Beach is 17 blocks, it includes tennis, basketball,
playground equipment, baseball field, bocce, horseshoes,volleyball
court,crabbing dock, fishing pier,windsurfing,kayaking area and
great sunsets for all.

We are located in a quiet part of the Island, so walking, jogging,
biking, rollerblading is peaceful.

Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven is a must for families
with children. Across from the park ther is Bay Village, many
shops, and a bay beach, boat ramp, arcade, water slide park, mini
golf, and center of town.

The Island, The Beachcomber, The Sand Paper, along with USA Today etc. Take a drive and take the full 18 mile tour, we have many things to offer. Buses also take to Atlantic City Daily.

Fantasy sland, in Beach Haven is a great way to spend an overcast day. There are shops for parents, and parks (water slides, play ground, arcade, mini golf, and amusement rides) for all ages.

There is a movie theater you can walk to, and a great Ice Cream Shop, Skipper Dipper only 10 blocks away, for date night.

Surfight Theater is in Beach Haven where you can see great plays, and shows for children. After the play go to the Showplace Ice Cream shop to have a hilarious time with the cast of waiters/waitresses that sing and dance their way into your hearts.

At the end of our street there is Brighton Beach Surf Shop which has surf lessons, ask for Mike or Marco.

You can fish right off our beach.

Our beach is one of the gaurded beaches for swimming and surfing/kayaking for the extra safe day at the beach.

Kubel's Too has a great Happy Hour, dirt cheap! Have Fun!

Beach Haven Crest is an awesome place for your family to have their vacation on reunion. We are within 10 blocks of Acme Market, 5 Screen Movie Theater, Joey's Pizza, Kubel's Too Restaurant/Bar/Liqour Store, Pinzaminno's Italian Restaurant, Dune's Deli Market, Wizard of Odds Antiques, Skipper Dipper Ice Cream, Oceanside Bait and Tackle, Ice Cream Palour, Pnky's Shrimp, Acme Surf and Skate Bike Rentals, Brighton Beach surf Shop and Lessons, Post Office, and a Gas Station. The Island is only 18 miles long so a bike ride in either direction is about 9 miles easily done in a day if you want to see the island in a slower pace.

We are on a gaurded beach wihich also gaurds for surfers, and kayakers. It is a nice way to be entertained while sitting on the beach. We are also the host of the life gurad races every so often. Please check with township to see if this year is the our competition.

The house is very large and more than accommodates sleeping for a big group - all 15 of us were very comfortable the whole weekend. The location of the house is amazing, you are within seconds from the beach. Also the house has a great roof deck, we enjoyed the sunset everyday from up top. Everything in the description was true, but it just doesn't accurately reflect how amply the kitchen and entertainment areas are stocked. The location is perfect; there are restaurants and shops to walk to, but you are not in the noisy commercial part of the island. The lifeguarded beach is clean and just steps away; no problem getting the young and old back to the house for snacks or potty breaks. We had a great new Years Party here with Family and Friends. The adults mostly stayed downstairs where the huge Island provided a nice area to talk, graze on snacks, and still be in the conversation with the folks in the living room couch area. The groups of kids aging 10-16 used the upstairs living room to play the WII and play games in the large sunroom bedroom that has a large table in it overlooking the ocean. We were able to max out the sleeping areas with 5 couples in private bedrooms, and 8 in common areas. In the morning we feed the army on the kitchen island, and after the kids had a huge game of Man Hunt in the deserted streets, and had a ball! The location of the house is great for all ages to get around on foot also. Kubel's Too is one block over, cheap Happy Hour daily, and the surf shop is open all year. The Acme is 10 block with a movie theater, ice cream shop, and several other eateries in the 6 block radius. Large Beach Too!
