Ocean Views, Sleeps 16, In Style

The first floor has an open floor plan with the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen area with cozy fireplace setting in Fall and Winter, Ocean Views from Living Room, Queen Sleeper sofa, and 42 inch TV/DVD. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 Queens, and 1 set of bunk beds. The front bedrooms have ocean views from their bay windows. The bathroom has handicapped accessible, bars in room and stand up shower stall with bar and built in chair with high toilets throughout house. There is a mudroom in the back with utility sink, washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gear. The fridge is a 36 inch and has an auto icemaker and water machine.

The second floor has a second Living Room with Ocean and Bay Views, 60 inch big screen TV/DVD, views, Large Rocker to lull babies to sleep on, and Queen Sleeper Sofa,full sofa,single sofa bed bean bag. There are 2 bedrooms, the front bedroom has a King Size Bed, amazing Ocean Views with wrap around windows facing beach, a sitting room with a table and chair set, this room is attached with etched stain glass French Doors that can open to allow overflow from Living Room if needed (and cot). There is a Queen Size bed in the bayside room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
There is a Fourth Floor Roof Deck with Panoramic Ocean and Bay Views including sights of AC, Bridge, and miles of the Island itself, the night skyline is Captivating with lights, and Fourth Of July Weekend there is no need to go anywhere but upstairs with the family.

The front yard has a nice garden that attracts many birds and butterflies for your wildlife fix while you are away from your feeders if any. The lot parks 6 cars for your needs, and there is 2 reserved spots in the front for the Management. The back of the Second floor and the Third floor is for the Owners Use Locked Out with Private Back Step Entrance. The back yard has 2 Large Dining Tables, Clothesline, Gas Grill and Outdoor Shower with bench.

THINGS TO DO
We have 5 great eateries in walking distant. Kubel's
Restraunt/Bar/Liqour Store, it has great Happy Hour 1/2 price drinks
and appetizer specials daily at 4pm – 7pm, great food. Joey's Pizza
great family place, Bisque nice quiet meal for adults, Pinzamino’s
is a nice place for Italian food BYOB , Bisque is one fancy BYOB
place, and one Country Market type for take out all in a 7 block
walk.
At the end of our street there are surf shops. Brighton Beach Surf
shop rents surf/chairs/beach etc. and offers daily lessons to teach
you to surf, and many things to buy, the other Acme Surf and Skate
rents bikes, and items to buy.
There is an Acme market 10 blocks, and the country market 7 blocks
away. A post office is 10 block away, Tee shirt shop, Pottery Shop,
and Wizard of Odds Antiques. At the Acme there is a 4 plex stadium
seating movie theater.
The Bay Beach is 17 blocks, it includes tennis, basketball,
playground equipment, baseball field, bocce, horseshoes,volleyball
court,crabbing dock, fishing pier,windsurfing,kayaking area and
great sunsets for all.
We are located in a quiet part of the Island, so walking, jogging,
biking, rollerblading is peaceful.
Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven is a must for families
with children. Across from the park there is Bay Village, many
shops, and a bay beach, boat ramp, arcade, water slide park, mini
golf, and center of town.
Check municipalilty for free concert nights, lifeguard tournaments,
and other happenings.

We have a very safe Island for families to vacation to.

I find the Island to be great for people suffering from lack of sun, I felt the sun deprivation before I moved here, and now I have no issues. I think because yu acually see the sunrise, and the sunset you are in constact contact with it here on the Island. The house is extremly bright and sunny daily inside with all the huge windows everywhere. I think it is a Artists, Photographers, Painters, Sketchers, dream of inspiration right outside the door/windows/deck between the skylines, ocean, and bay scenery. The solitude off season is very desirable to many who are truely looking to get away from it all. There many be only one person who lives on each block if lucky, and the traffic light are turned off, the locals restaurants are quite friendly to a knew faces, wanting to also expand their customer base during the off season. The house is awesome for large friend and family get togethers also big enough to spread out the age groups when needed. RATES AS FOLLOWS: Sat. Check in time 2:00 PM Sat. Check out time 10:00 AM (Unless other arrangements have been made.) 1. DUE AT BOOKING - $1000.00 Security deposit plus 1/2 of total rental fee to reserve week. 2. DUE AT CHECK IN- Remaining balance of due rent. **A $300 cleaning fee will be held at check in time and will be returned at check out time if house is in clean and rentable condition,otherwise it will be used for cleaning services.Securitiy fees will be returned within 7 days after house is checked for damages, loss. On expiration of this lease, the tenant will leave the premises clean and ready for occupancy, otherwise a $300 cleaning fee will be imposed. The lease premise shall not be occupied by more than 20 people. All occupants names, addresses, and phone numbers to be supplied upon request. No refund from cancellation until premises re-rented at same price. All refunds subject to 25% cancellation fee.
