Interim payments may also be required upon request dependant upon the nature of the rental and related terms. Preferred Method of Payment is: Cash, Check, Cashier Check, or Money Order. Additional Methods of payment may be available upon request. Due to the Seasonal Nature of these Rentals, no Refunds will be afforded to prospective Tenants once payments are received. Also, no Prorated Returns of Rent will be afforded subsequent to Physical Tenant Occupancy...Occasional exceptions are feasible only with prior written consent of Landlord/Owner.
