• Travel Info: Why the Owner Chose Brigantine This is our seventh year renting this property and we hope you have a great time. There is new carpet, furniture and most everything in the house is like new. This is a 1950 vintage home that was owned most recently by a family who lived here all year around. A few things about the house, property and island are below. First the house, it has 4 full time bedrooms and a play room with TV and DVD where the sofa pulls out into a queen. The house has a bathroom up front, one in the back on the first floor and one upstairs with two bedrooms. The designated master bedroom is located first floor back right. The back left has two single beds, a crib and rocking chair making the entire back of the house a good candidate for a young family. The upstairs is suitable for another family with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. In the middle is a full bath. Don’t forget there is an outside shower in the back with a raised floor to keep the sand away from your feet. It is close to Atlantic City and easy drive from Philadelphia - right down the AC expressway. Once off the highway, the house is just a couple of miles away. You go right by Trump Marina and the Borgota. The Unique Benefits at this House There is a 24 hour bar just 3 blocks away. A great low key breakfast place right on the ocean and three blocks away. The ocean is 6 houses away. Very nice, not crowded.
