-Weekly Rate is Inclusive of Utilities, Linens, Towels, Cable Television, Internet Access (bring your own laptop please) - There are no 'extra' hidden charges for your stay. -Secure Booking/Damage Deposit required at the time of booking; it will be refunded after your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). -We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card (through PayPal), personal check in US Dollars, or Bank Transfer. An advance payment equal to 1/2 of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.
