Vacation Rental Description
A beautiful view and a very comfortable, clean, 2 level townhouse
style condo in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley. Situated on
the edge of conservation land, you will enjoy the peace and
tranquility of the country, yet be minutes away from all the valley
has to offer.

The condo has a full kitchen with all the necessities, washer and
dryer, dishwasher, cable tv, a phone for local calls, plenty of fresh
clean sheets and towels, an assortment of games and a feeling of home
the minute you walk thru the door.

There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level, the master bedroom has a
queen size bed and a fantastic balcony to enjoy the mountain views.
The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third has two twin
beds. If you need additional sleeping
space, the sofa in the living room pulls out into a comfortable queen
size bed.

There is a patio just off the living room on the lower level. This is
a great area to relax, also it is great for kids, many fields to play
in and enjoy.Vacation Rental Amenities
All amenities of home, washer, dryer, microwave,dish washer,garbage
disposal, central vac, cable, etc.

Just a two or three minute drive from the condo, there is a beautiful
indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, and fitness center. 1-2 day
passes will be provided for the entire family, depending on length of
stay. Use of tennis courts and climbing wall can be utilized at
facility for an additional charge. All information will be provided
in the event that you would like to access facility beyond free
passes on a daily basis.
In the event you would like to use the facility more often, fee is
collected at pool facility. Please use them as
often as you like.Activities and Attractions
A short drive (5 to 10 minutes) to all the attractions and shopping in
the Mount Washington Valley.

Story Land, Attitash Mountain, Cranmore Ski Area, Black Mountain,
North Conway Village, Schouler Park, Settlers Green Outlet Center,
Heritage House and Cathedral Ledge are just a few.

Hiking and mountain biking trails are also just minutes away. Walk to
the Saco River, or take a drive to Echo Lake State Park. Great for
the winter, snow mobile right from your door to the best trail NH has
to offer.

There are many fabulous restaurants in the area, some with nightly

				Low Season Price:	$100 per Day
				High Season Price:	$160 per Day

Family friendly rates of only $160 per night!!! If you prefer, you can rent the condo for the entire week at a rate of $850.00. Monthly rentals are also available. these rates may be lowered for last minute and off season rentals. Rates may vary due to season and holidays. These rates are based on a 5 person occupancy, if your group is larger than that, please add an additional $15.00 per person, per night. Please inquire about our special "off-season" rates and last minute cancelation specials!!! Please leave number as well as area code if you are interested. There is a 100.00 deposit to block out dates. Cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival to retain deposit. Final payment is due ten days prior to arrival. A security deposit is required for first time renters.
