Escape to the White Mountains for a delightful vacation or a fun getaway weekend. This large, charming, non-smoking condo with spectacular mountain views is 1/2 mile to Loon Mountain 4-season park. Ideal for 4 people, there is a master suite with king sized bed and private bath, and second bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a 2nd bathroom.

The cathedral ceiling living room has a fireplace (includes wood!) and opens onto a sunny, 20 foot deck overlooking the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River. If you love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cappuccino maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas grill, breakfast bar, and separate dining room will make mealtime an easy pleasure.

You'll love the mudroom for convenient storage of outdoor equipment. Our home comes equipped with plasma HDTV, cable and wireless internet, stereo/CD player, luxury linens and towels. Pets are allowed with written permission and a $10 per day per pet additional cost.

Riverfront Condominiums is located 1/2 mile from Loon Mountain on the Kancamagus Highway, a federal scenic highway. Includes ski shuttle from condo to gondola at Loon Mountain.

Dear friends, our condo association board of directors just changed our rules regarding the clubhouse. It is no longer to be used by anyone other than the owners themselves.

Lincoln, New Hampshire is the most mountainous town in New Hampshire. It is conveniently located about 2 hours from Boston on I-93. Riverfront Condominiums is 2 miles from the I-93 interchange and 1 mile from the center of the town of Lincoln.

Our condo association provides wood for the fireplace at no cost. Heated outdoor swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dear friends, although our condo has a clubhouse, per condo rules it may not be used by our guests.

High Season Price : $1199 per Week

Rental agreement must be signed and returned with check for $250 USD deposit in order to be confirmed. Full rental fee due 7 days prior to admittance. After departure homeowner will return $250 unless property sustains damage.

Cancellation within 2 weeks of rental invokes forfeiture of reservation deposit unless property owner is able to replace with another rental.

Pets allowed with written permission of owners at $10 per pet per day additional to rent.

Rent from as few as 2 nights. Some holiday periods require 3 night minimums.
