This little condo is a stones throw from the ocean and a mile north of Hampton Beach Boardwalk. It has been updated for comfort and convenience. Enjoy the views of the beautiful marsh from your back deck while sipping coffee in the morning. Explore the many astounding beach areas from Hampton and Rye up in to Maine from this ideal location. Close to the action - but quiet. Just a walk across the main road will land your feet in the sand. Comfortable and cozy but very 'workable'. The kitchen is equipped with everything but a stove. This little condo will be your home while on vacation.
