Experience the charm of a cozy 18th century B+B steeped rich in America’s history. We are perfectly located between Plymouth and Campton in the surrounds of NH's spectacular White Mountains, Waterville Valley & Squam Lakes Regions.

All of our 2nd floor guest rooms have in-room private baths and include:

* Full homemade country breakfast for two, featuring fresh baked muffins, pancakes, French toast, quiche, omelettes, juices, NH maple syrup and the freshest custom roasted coffee in the area. Breakfast is served from 8-9:30 am, and fresh coffee is available from 6:30 am for early risers.
* Complimentary refreshments and snacks.
* Wireless high speed internet available for your laptop.
* Cable TV, VCR & DVD player in guest's living room.

				High Season Price:	$125 per Day

All room rates are based on double occupancy. Single room rate deduct $10 per night.
Deposits and Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% is required within seven days of making a reservation. If a reservation is canceled with at least 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 service charge, but can be credited at the completion of a future stay. If the cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-rented. Non-refundable, full deposits are required for all groups of 3 or more rooms.
Tax: NH Room & Meals Tax of 9% will be added to all rates. Rates subject to change, please inquire. All rates are US dollars.
Payments: Can be made by cash, personal check, VISA or Mastercard. A $30 fee will be applied for any returned checks.
Check-In & Check-out: Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-out time is by 10:30 am.
