Charming oceanview cottage is just steps from beautiful North Kingstown Town Beach. Cottage features an outdoor covered deck, gas grill, hot outdoor shower, and parking. It is walking distance to the Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Stand, a Farm Stand featuring freshly grown produce, a convenience store, Catholic Church, fishing area, and Theater by the Sea. Nearby are shopping, restaurants, parks, museums, boating, ferry service to Block Island, golf, water slides, miniature golf and go-karts, roller skating, movie theater, hiking trails, and various beaches. Just a short 25 minute drive from historic Newport and Jamestown, and but approximately a half-hour drive to Watch Hill and Mystic, Connecticut Seaport. So much to do, or just relax with a liesurely stroll along the beach. Great area for scenic bike riding too!

Rates

Low Season Price : $700
High Season Price : $900 per Week

Rentals are available from May 15 thru October 15.
-$900 per week July thru Labor Day
-$700 per week May, June, September and October
-$125 per weekend May, June, September and October
-One-half the rental amount is required as a deposit.
-Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
-Payment method: Cash (U.S. dollars), cashiers check, personal check if enough time to clear before arrival

Note: Carpenter's Beach Meadow charges a parking fee of $42 a week (or $6 a day)
