The cottage sits on an island (road accessable)with water on 3 sides. There are stone steps leading up to the cottage. There are 2 sliding glass doors in the front that open up to the front deck that looks out over the lake. There are steps down off the deck that lead to the water (about 25 ft).
Inside,full kitchen with great room , still has the pine 50's look.Everyone loves it.
Stand up shower,plenty of closet space. Views of the lake from every window.

This cottage is right on the water and looks out over Big Island Pond. Large front deck for beautiful sunsets. Clear water,great fishing,1 canoe and 2 kyacks for your use. 1 queen and full size bed with a pull out sofa. Full kitchen. Great food, shopping, amusement parks. 1 hour from the beaches and the Maine shoreline. Sorry no pets and no smoking.

Low Season Price : $1000
High Season Price : $1300 per Week


Half deposit required upfront. You may cancell up to 2 weeks prior of your arrival. Date of arrival full payment is required. Bring your own linens and batroom supplies.
