Main Description
We have a small condo that is part of a 6 homeowner association. We have the only unit that is directly on the water with unobscured water and mountain views. Our place is cute, very clean and we had it repainted completely last year and installed new carpeting. We have our own private 28 foot deck overlooking the water, also there is the beach and on the beach we have chairs for leisure, an outside fireplace and shade and well as sunny areas. We do not offer sheets and towels, but we have it completely furnished with spreads, pillows on the beds, dishes, pots and pans, toaster oven, microwave, frig, stove, etc. From our place you can walk to town, where you can have fine dining, or a light lunch. It's a wonderful place in a wonderful town that you will enjoy just walking around and enjoy the views and the charming character.

There is a wonderful sandy beach, crystal clear water, mountain and pastoral views. You can walk to town, swim, fish, boat, relax, enjoy the views. Nearby you can golf, shop, sight see the many activities in the area, theatre, live shows, hike, bike, canoe, kayak, horseback riding, antique shops, outlet shopping, quaint town and water activities. We are less than an hour from the White Mountains, we are on the largest lake in New Hampshire and there is the Mt. Washington Boat which gives boat tours around the lake.

Rates

Low Season Price : $950
High Season Price : $1100 per Week

We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's check, or postal order for the amount of the rental. There is a deposit required when you book the week and the balance is due 4-6 weeks before the week you are using. Also, there is a contract that must be signed,once you have commited to the desired week. We only rent by the week and do not rent short term. Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Boat trailers are not allowed and only two vehicles are allowed on the property.
