Living area is spacious and has dining area,living area combination. Gas fireplace for a romantic snowy getaway or central a/c for those hot summer nights. Queen futon in living space for added sleeping,digital cable TV,dvd player.Master bedroom has queen bed and ample closet space,2nd bedroom has Twin over double bunks,rollaway bed and aero bed available if necessary. Bath is full shower/tub. Washer and dryer in the unit. Linens/towels are provided but there is no linen/maid service.

2Bedroom,1bath meticulously kept 4 year young garden style condo overlooking Paugus Bay,Lake Winnipesaukee..We are centrally located for a great vacation experience. 1 hours drive to the mountains of NH and 1-1.5 hours to NH seacoast and coastal Maine.We are in the heart of the Lakes Region with Weirs Beach 1.5miles away. Close to many area beaches,fine and casual dining,theme parks for the kids,water slides,arcades,boating,fishing,swimming,ski mobiling,skiing,shopping. Just about something for everyone.Whether you want to sit back and relax at the condo pool or adventure out to one of the many area attractions,you will not be disappointed with your NH visit. In fact,you will want to come back again for there are many things to do. Cruise on the Mount Washington Cruise and see the lake by evening. Rent a boat/jetski for some fun on your own on the water.Visit 1 of many fine dining restaurants or dine family style.Just come and relax.

Rates

Low Season Price : $900
High Season Price : $1300 per Week

Rental rates October-May Weekly rental rates $900/week.....Weekend $400 2 nite/min week night rental $175/night
June-September Rental Rates $1000-$1300/week. 3 night min thru the summer months.. $200-$250 per night weekly Weekend Start at $500 (3 nite/min)..excludes BIKE WEEK which $2500/week or $350/night...3 night min and 6 person max....All rates are subject to change. Event weeks and weekend price out higher..Deposit is usually 1/2 of rental fee at booking,the other half due within 30 days of your rental time.Security deposit required and is usually 1/2 of the total rental fee. That is due 1 month prior to rental week/end.Security is refundable after acceptable inspection of unit for damage/missing items,excessive cleaning or poor care of the property. Cancellation policy is on written rental agreement if you should book with us.
