Methodist Circle is a secluded, private assocaition of 16 homes, with a 230' private beach. The Weirs Beach Center and Public Beach is just a five-minute walk, yet far enough away so you don't hear the hustle and bustle of all the activities. East Haverhill House is located within Methodist Circle with the Beach only 75' from its' front door.
East Haverhill House is a three family home with the owners living in one of the units all summer long. Each unit has a kitchen, living room and bathroom. One unit has three bedrooms (3 double beds and one set of bunkbeds). The other unit has four bedrooms (3 double beds and one set of bunkbeds.) Bed linens and bath towels are provided. (Beach Towels are NOT provided.) Each unit is fully furnished and has a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, silverware, coffe pot, toaster, pots and pans, cable tv and vcr. Maximum occupancy is eight people per unit, (4 adults and 4 children). There is a picnic table and gas grill in our yard. There are also picnic tables down at the beach. Parking is limited to two cars per unit. A boat slip is not provided with the rental, but occassionally one of the homeowners may not be using their slip or mooring and ONE MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR RENT during certain weeks in the summer. If not, there are several marinas within walking distance of the house.

Then arrow over to the furthest bottom right corner and you can see a horseshoe shaped rock pier and 12 boat slips to the left of it. The homeowners in Methodist Circle own the 12 boat slips. (Our house is located 75' behind the boat slips). To the left of the boat slips is our beach area. The Association members have 230' of waterfront. When you see the big group of trees behind the beach area - there are sixteen houses nestled in the trees. That's Methodist Circle. You can see the Weirs Beach Center and Boardwalk behind the trees and to the left. It's just a five-minute walk away.
