The house is ideal for wedding preparations, family reunions and getaways, and off-site corporate gatherings. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it sleeps up to 10, as follows:
1) The first floor bedroom sleeps 2 in two twin size beds
2) The second floor master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen size bed
3) The loft bedroom sleeps 2 in a double size bed
4) The above-ground basement bedroom/sitting room suite sleeps 2 in
a double size bed, one in a sofabed, and 1 in a full size futon.

High Season Price : $2500 per Week

Rental Rates:
I. Present - May 23, 2008: $255/night (min. 2 nights up to 6 guests, $45 each additional guest per day). Cleaning and Laundry Fee $99.
Off-season monthly - Please Inquire.
Refundable Security Deposit - $500.

II. May 24, 2008 - June 27, 2008 - $275/night (min. 3 nights up to 6 guests, $45 each additional guest per day). Cleaning and Laundry Fee $99.
weekly $1,900 Cleaning and Laundry Fee $100.
Refundable Security Deposit - $500.

III. June 28, 2008- Sept 2008- Weekly $2,500 Cleaning and Laundry Fee $100.
Refundable Security Deposit - $500.

Lease Agreement - A lease agreement is required with the deposit.
Please request a copy to be emailed to you prior to booking.

Currently the weeks of July 5, July 12, July 26 & August 9 are booked.
