Located on the island of Martha's Vineyard five miles off the southern coast of Cape Cod, accessible by car and passenger ferry from Woods Hole or by air from Logan airport in Boston, T.F. Green airport in Providence or JFK airport in New York, this quiet and private compound is on more than three and a half professionaly landscaped and wooded acres in the town of West Tisbury.

The guest suite, designed and built in 2003 by an award-winning Cambridge architect, offers a generous amount of space with a clean, modern aesthetic augmented by original artwork and contemporary furnishings.

The guest suite, while fully independent, is located within a larger family compound that also consists of the main house and a guest house all situated on over three and a half wooded acres. The suite is comfortably furnished in a sleek, minimalist style. There are always fresh flowers, lots of books, and an assortment of CDs. A closet "service" space contains a microwave, coffee maker, teapot and refrigerator, perfectly suitable for assembling breakfasts or snacks. Stocked with milk, juice, coffee, teas and cocoa.

The island has many miles of bike paths, abundant beaches and fabulous walking trails. The property is a ten minute drive from Lambert's Cove Beach and is within easy walking distance of several Landbank trail systems. Our canoe and bicycles are available for your enjoyment.

Blue Moon guest suite is perfect for visits of two to five nights.

Rates

Low Season Price : $1050
High Season Price : $1225 per Week

*July and August $175/night first two nights; $150/night thereafter
*Memorial Day weekend, June & Sepember:$150/night
*October-May: $150/night first two nights; $130/night thereafter
*Two night minimum

Rent is payable as follows: One half of the total is payable upon signing of rental agreement. The second half is payable six weeks before the date of occupancy.

Cancellation policy: If the cancellation occurs before the balance of payment is due, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation occurs after the balance is due, a refund will be issued only if the unit is re-rented for the same time period. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that the unit is re-rented.

Checks, money orders, wire transfers and credit cards are acceptable.
