WASQUE POINT -BAYVIEW AVENUE - CHAPPAQUIDDICK ISLAND
No words can adequately describe this dream house facing Katama Bay and Chappaquiddick's South Beach. Located near the beautiful Wasque Reservation Conservation Area, this home is another reverse design, with the bedrooms on the first level and the main living area on the second. The master bedroom is thirty feet long with a private bath, jacuzzi and queen size bed. The other two bedrooms each have twin size beds and share another large bath. For your convenience there is also a laundry located on this floor. A custom oak stairway connects to the spectacular second level living area. This track lit, beamed cathedral ceiling room has nearly floor to ceiling triple windows, a fireplace at one end, and a large fanned skylit dining room at the other. A european fully applianced kitchen and snack bar open to the solarium with queen size sofa bed and an exterior wrap around deck. Outside is an enclosed hot / cold shower and storage room. Southwestern water views and spectacular sunsets can be seen from almost every window in this home as it sits by itself in "heaven", only a short drive away to Barrier Beach connecting Marthas Vineyard and Chappaquiddick Island.

“Hi Cynthia, the house is wonderful and the view is too die for. Even though the photos on the website of the view from the house are fabulous, they still do not do justice to the view when you are actually standing on the deck.”
