We rent two adjacent properties. 69 Pond Street is a typical Cape Cod shingle clad,three bedroom house with full basement, spacious yard and full amenities. Behind this is a cute cottage on Bayleaf Way which is slightly smaller but also has three bedrooms and sleeps six. These properties can be rented separately or together for larger groups.
Both properties have offstreet parking, indoor and outdoor showers with gas grills and outdoor furniture. Indoors of both properties are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with full kitchen and entertainment equipment to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The properties are conveniently located close to West Dennis village and route 28 yet in a quiet residential area adjacent to beautiful Kelley's Pond and three quarters of a mile from the spectacular West Dennis beach. There are numerous stores and restaurants within a five minute walk as well as a newly refurbished children's playground.
Charter fishing, whale watching,golf and lots more entertainment is a short drive away.

House Rental Rates Low Season Price : $800 High Season Price : $1200 per Week

Both properties are available year round. We rent from Saturday to Saturday with discounts available for multi-week stays. For the Months of September through mid June, the rate is $800 per week then increases to $1000 for Bayleaf and $1200 for Pond Street for the peak summer season. We ask for a downpayment of half the rental amount at time of booking plus a refundable $350 security deposit which is returned immediately after our cleaning service has verified that there is no damaged or missing items. The remainder of the full rental amount must be sent two weeks prior to occupancy.
