Weekly fee in season $1250; will rent partial weeks @ $175. per nite (2 nite min.)

50 % deposit on confirmation and balance due my June 1st. $400 security deposit due on arrival and returned on departure. No refunds for cancellations. Payments may be made thru PayPal, US Bank cheque; direct deposit.
