There is a roof deck accessed via a private stairway from the unit. Panoramic views of harbor and Marblehead's old town. This unit is on the third floor, so there are 2 flights of stairs with a landing between them. The halls and stairs have been recently totally renovated. The building has only 4 residential units. The building is a fire safe (sprinkled) building. The unit directly faces the harbor and has beautiful water views from large picture windows.
