There are new fixtures and appliances in the Bathrooms and laundry rooms.. The kitchen is an airy delight full of extras and blue delft tiles, a skylight and an entrance to the deck. The upstairs bedrooms are charming, colorful, and airy while downstairs the cozy "lighthouse room" with 4 built in beds and direct access to the gardens is great for the children. Just a 10 minute stroll to the village, tennis courts, bike path, sailing lessons, aquarium, & ferries...and the Private Association Beach is just steps away down a winding path, over a tiny frog pond and straight to the sandy warm beach. Listen to the sounds of Nature while you relax! located On a dead end lighted street,it is a great home to feel secure and safe!

This charming antique home has been in my family since 1939 and Totally renovated and well maintained for your vacation enjoyment. Many memories have been created here and there is lots of room for many more! Each bedroom is decorated and brings you to a page in a fairy tale book. This is an ideal rental property for those desiring high standard, unique & beautiful accommodations within walking distance of the scientific institutions located directly in Woods Hole. It is a warm and cozy house in the winter with space for 8 people in 4 bedrooms. (Furnace is excellent! but bunk room does not heat) The cheerful color accents and beautiful interior decoration make it a joy to return home after a brisk walk along the shore road from Woods Hole and two fireplaces can take the chill off any day. It is available at reduced rates from October thru May - inquire concerning lower rates for multiple month rentals. Utilities not included for long term.The house is very very comfortable for 2-4 people and is available at a reduction for small parties.
